Niece, Tracy (37) has started chemo for breast cancer. Please pray for healing and that the Lord would use this time to soften her heart . She was raised in the church, but has fallen away.
My sister-in-law was just diagnosed with terminal cancer in California. Please pray for that family also. My brother is having a hard time and needs to be lifted up to be strong for her.

Please pray for recovery for Steve who is just beginning cancer treatment at CCI. His insurance denied him access to M.D. Anderson in Houston so we pray that his healing is accomplished at CCI along with the many prayers of friends, family and fellow Christians.

My sister, Kim Homewood, is a cancer patient at MD Anderson in Houston. She has complted 4 months of chemo and 2 surgeries. She was scheduled to begin 6 weeks of radiation a couple of weeks ago, but has been experiencing setbacks due to infection from the surgeries. She is currently in ICU at Gulf Breeze Hospital (she lives in Pensacola) with a spiked fever of 104. Please pray specifically that the doctors can find the infection and treat it and that she can make it to Houston to begin radiation. Kim's husband, Steve, is with her. They have 3 young children. Thank you.

Shane McMeans is dying now from a long battle with cancer. He is 42 years old, he is home with his family, they are cherishing these last moments with him. His mother's name is Mary and his dad's name is Tim, they will miss their son. His wife's name is DeeDee, she will greatly miss her husband. Shane has two boys, Garret (10 years old) and Cooper (14 years old). They will miss their daddy so much. Pray however holy spirit leads you to pray for this family. Jesus, thank you. For everything. We love you. Please wrap your arms around, embrace, and comfort this family-pour, flood, fill Shane's family with You, Your Presence - Jesus, I praise you as you comfort this family - I pray just that You be Jesus Christ-as You take Shane home, thank You as You come and fill Shane's family with Your presence as their Father, Son, Husband and Brother, as they will miss Shane, I pray they meet You. In Jesus name, I praise and pray, Amen.

Please pray for my friend Thad Henry who lost his son in a car accident last night. Thad has already had a rough year - first losing his only daughter and then his mother due to cancer. He was already having a hard time this week because of Valentine's day and now to lose his only son has got to be more than any human can bear. He needs the strength of the Holy Spirit to keep him and wife from completely falling apart.

I humbly ask that you all pray for my father-in-law (he is also one of my best friends), Huell Smith. He has been diagnosed with a fast growing form of lung cancer. It has already spread to his liver and adrenal glands. He begins chemotherapy today (02/15/2012). Please be in prayer for some relieff from the constant pain he is experiencing and for peace for our family as we care for him. This is the same man who survived a nearly fatal attack from a bull about 3 years ago.

Please be in pray for Kevin Thompson (an employee of mine) and his family. Kevin’s youngest son, Ryder, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukemia about 2 weeks ago and will now be living at the Birmingham Children’s Hospital for the next 6-8 months. Kevin’s wife is staying with Ryder while Kevin takes care of their other 2 children. They go to see Ryder each weekend but that is getting to be expensive since the Ronald McDonald house requires that you are there every night through the week and his wife stays with Ryder. Pray for provisions for an apartment to open up near the hospital, the emotional struggles for the family – mom is away from the family all week, Kevin is now mom/dad, the kids are having many disruptions that they don’t understand and especially that God will heal Ryder’s little body.

I humbly ask that you pray for our family. We are being unfairly persecuted by the media and the City. They have been after us for years and only report their version. Please pray that God intervenes for us,fights on our side,forces the truth out and exposes the lies told about us.In Jesus Name make our accusers slip in their words,cause them confusion and make the truth come out of them,make their lies be exposed. This persecution has broken us.Their power is great but Gods power is greater and on the side of truth.Pray God causes fear in our enemies because they purposely harm us and purposely cause us fear.Pray God cuffs us in His hands and protects us. We are on our knees begging for intervention. Remember when they stop persecuting us someone else will be their next victim, they need to be exposed now to prevent someone else from being in our position.

Thank you Lord for the blessing of having Brothers in you around the world. I contacted an unknown brother today in Nevada to do outreach to my niece and nephew there. I pray for successful job search for him and that they would establish in a church there and grow in Christ. May God protect them from any harm and help them establish godly relationships there.
