Please pray for Eli and his family, the son of one of Ken's friends at work. He is 7 years old and recently diagnosed with brain cancer. He is at St Jude's and has had an initial surgery but they were not able to remove the entire tumor. He is currently having problems with hydrocephaly and due to start chemo next week.

Update and prayer conscerns for John Gregory Batchelor, my friends son that was in a car accident two weeks ago. John is still in Huntsville Hospital, concerns are risk of infection, blood clots and issues with his digestive system. He has struggled with a great deal of pain so please continue to pray for pain relief for this young man's recovery and for his parents.

Praise God for He is faithful! Update on my friend's son: Today has been a good day for him. He has been upgraded from critical care to guarded care. They hope to move him to a regular room tomorrow. He is talking, responding well to stimuli, but of course in a lot of pain. Biggest concern and prayer request is for protection from infection. Because of this risk they want to move him from intensive care to a regular room and then as soon as possible ….home. If all goes well he should be going home in about a week. His parents and family members are humbled and grateful for the outpouring of love, concern, and prayers. They have seen many miracles and answered prayers this past week and they believe God has big plans for John Gregory’s life. Please continue to lift them up in your prayers as this is going to be a long journey to full recovery.

Thanks to all who are praying for John, my friend's son who was in a terrible car accident this past Monday. God has been so faithful! John had a 5 hour surgery on Thursday to correct his pelvic/spinal injuries and it was a very successful surgery but complications continue to arise and he is dealiing with a very high level of pian. Please continue to pray for him, for pain relief, for strength, for quick healing, pray for his parents and their family. Give them strength, energy, peace and comfort. Pray for the doctors and all of the hospital staff. Again thanks so much God is so good and He is working miracles!

My sister, Emily, was diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma a week ago. She is 42 years old, married (Dwight), with two children (Sara Grace is 9, Carson is 6). The only family members in her hometown (Johnson City,TN) to help her out are my 70 and 73 year old parents. Fortunately, my parents are in fairly good health and can help out in most areas. Dwight is in school full time and will be required to travel out of town a 1-2 weekens a month for clinicals until he graduates in May.
She has a large tumor on her left kidney - too large to remove at this time. She started sutent today hoping the mass will shrink to a manageable size for surgery in about 3 months.

A dear friend of mine son was in a terrible car accident late yesterday. Praise God! the surgeon was able to stop internal bleeding late last night however he has lots of injuries and a long way to go to recovery. Please thank God for sparing his life and pray for a speedy and uncomplicated recovery and for peace and comfort for the family. His name is John Gregory Batchelor.

Hello my dear friends. I have an urgent prayer request that I really would like to have as many people as possible calling on God's healing power. A very dear friend of mine from Vermont was in a skiing accident yesterday. He has 11 broken ribs, a broken arm and a broken collarbone. He is in alot of pain, but fortunately he has not needed to be incubated. His name is Pete and he is 63 years old, but in great health, a great skier, a ski instructor and a dear friend. Please add him, and his wife to your prayer requests. Thanks.
